This was my first time using my new video camera and we were in a small roomsad Sorry everything is not centered and you can't really see Dr. Rubin up close and personal because I couldn't move the camera back any furthersmiley. But it really doesn't matter what he or I look like all that matters are the words coming out of his mouth. His book, as I told him, was life changing for me. It started me down the right road to good health....Check him out on his own personal website at www.JordanRubin.com You don't need to be a Christian. You don't even need to believe in God for this to work in your life. He has 6 Keys To Health and you can begin there......these will work for each person even if you only begin to start implementing them little by little.

9-1-1 Widow Bonnie McEneaney Talks To Kim Carson About Her Book MESSAGES: Signs, Visits and Premonitions From Loved Ones Lost On 9-1-1

Being a Christian I must be honest with you...I struggle with this concept a bit. However, I also understand there is a lot in this world that we still do not understand. Bonnie spoke with over 200+ family members who remain on this earth after 9-1-1. In reading through her book there are just so many little things that just cannot be explained. These things aren't as simple as seeing a loved ones favorite bird or something. These are experiences that go far beyond that. Reading this book will not only cause you to ask more questions like, "What happens after we die?". Messages, the book, will give you hope that loving and close relationships never really die....

Over the last couple years I lost 120 pounds! It's so much fun to learn something new about yourself and put it into action. This can be done! What I learned is that I am an addict. My uncontrollable urge to eat foods is just as strong as an alcoholic, drug addict or for that matter any other kind of addiction. Victory Institute For Weight Management taught me about and showed me tools that for the first time in my lifetime have worked for me. It's fun to be a part of something that actually changes people's lives...including my own!

The People's Princess...a Tribute To Princess Diana

I was doing my Quiet Storm Show when Princess Diana was suddenly taken from us. She became so much more than a Princess. She cared for children, the elderly, the sick and I remember her embracing an A.I.D.S patient at a time when others were shunning them. People, afraid that they might catch it, if they got too close. But not Princess Di! She shattered the public's ignorance and fully embraced them. She was a teacher to the world....this is in remembrance od Princess Diana of Wales.

This was a song I wrote shortly before I had my second surgery. I pretty much came to this realization after being diagnosed with Colon Cancer in 2009 (one foot was removed). I was off work for about 3 weeks. Then on the one year anniversary of the Colon Cancer surgery I went into the hospital for my gallbladder removal. I wrote this in a few minutes, sang it in my off voice and sent it off to Maurice Crane reesecrane@gmail.com and asked him if he would sing it and add a couple chords to it. I love his voice and he did a wonderful job on this! After all is said and done all that really matters is Friends and Familysmiley

HIPSHOT, a band out of Detroit Michigan, was kind enough to put some music behind my lyrics and back me for three songs I was putting together for The Music City Songwriting Festival out of Nashville Tennessee...it's the largest songwriting festival in the world. This song here is called Guess Who. It was one of three I submitted in 1988. This one didn't win anything but my song Smooth As Silk did win an "Honorable Mention" in the Rhythm and Blues category. Here is Guess Who...it's about an ex-boyfriend who I hadn't heard from in a while and one day I picked up the phone and I heard the words...Guess Who! I didn't care to...cuz I'm still not one for gamessmiley
